Custom Websites for Private Practice Physical Therapists

Your practice deserves a website that feels as professional as the care you provide.

When someone is referred to you, hears about your practice, or searches for help online, your website often gets the first conversation.

I'll build you a clear, credible, patient-friendly website that helps people quickly understand who you help, why you're different, and how to take the next step.

Built specifically for independent PT practices • No cookie-cutter healthcare website
Your practice. Clearly understood.

Imagine a new patient landing here.

Within seconds, they should know they're in the right place.

CLEAR MESSAGE PROFESSIONAL DESIGN MOBILE READY BUILT TO CONVERT
Here's the problem

A website can look perfectly fine and still quietly cost your practice patients.

Most private practices don't need a fancier website. They need a website that makes the decision easier for the person reading it.

01

People don't immediately know if you can help them.

If visitors have to dig through paragraphs of clinical language to understand what you do, many simply leave.

02

Your website doesn't show why you're different.

To a patient, one PT clinic can easily look like every other PT clinic unless the difference is made obvious.

03

Interested people aren't sure what to do next.

Someone may be ready for help but leave because there isn't a simple, comfortable next step to contact you.

Think about your last referral

Even word-of-mouth patients check you out online.

A physician recommends you. A friend sends someone your name. A former patient tells their coworker, "You need to see my PT."

What happens next?

They pull out their phone and look you up.

Before they've ever spoken to you, they're already deciding:

  • Does this person work with problems like mine?
  • Do they seem credible?
  • Do I understand their approach?
  • Does this feel like the right place for me?
  • What do I do if I want an appointment?

Your website shouldn't make a warm referral cold.

It should reinforce the referral.

It should make the person think:

"Okay. I see why they sent me here."

Built differently

You don't need to teach a web designer what physical therapy is.

I've spent decades in and around physical therapy.

I understand how private practices work, how patients think when they're looking for help, and how difficult it can be to explain what makes your approach different without sounding overly clinical or like every other clinic.

That changes the entire website-building process.

We're not starting with:

  • "What color do you want the buttons?"
  • "Send me the copy for all seven pages."
  • "Choose one of these generic medical templates."

We start with your practice.

I'll help clarify:

  • Who you most want to work with
  • The problems you help solve
  • Why someone should choose your practice
  • How to explain your approach simply
  • What a prospective patient needs to know
  • The best next step for someone who's interested
  • How the website should guide them there

Then we build the website around that.

The real job of your website

Your website should answer five questions in a patient's mind.

QUESTION 1

Am I in the right place?

Visitors should quickly recognize themselves, their problem, or the outcome they're looking for.

QUESTION 2

Can you help me?

We make your services, expertise, specialties, and approach easy to understand.

QUESTION 3

Why you?

We communicate what makes your practice meaningfully different instead of burying it.

QUESTION 4

Can I trust you?

Your credentials, experience, philosophy, patient experience, and professionalism should be evident.

QUESTION 5

What do I do next?

We give people a clear path to schedule, call, request information, or take the next appropriate step.

That's the difference.

We're not just creating pages.

We're creating the conversation your website needs to have with a prospective patient.

Your complete website

Everything you need to confidently send people to your website.

I'll handle the structure, design and build so you don't have to become a web designer just to get your practice online.

Custom Website Strategy

We determine who the website is speaking to, what they need to understand, and how the site should guide them.

Up to 6 Core Pages

Typically Home, About, Services, specialty/service pages, Contact and another page specific to your practice.

Messaging & Copy Guidance

You won't be handed a blank document and told to write your entire website yourself. I'll help organize and refine the message.

Mobile Optimization

Your site will be designed to work on phones and tablets—not just a desktop computer.

Patient Contact Forms

Clear ways for prospective patients to contact your practice or take the next step.

Basic Search Setup

Page titles, descriptions, headings and site structure built with search visibility in mind.

Analytics Setup

Know whether people are actually finding and using your website.

Social & Practice Links

Connect scheduling tools, social media, maps, contact information and other important resources.

Launch Support

I take the website through launch rather than leaving you with a collection of unfinished pages.

Simple process

You treat patients. I'll handle the website.

One reason practice owners put off replacing their website is because they assume the process will become another project they have to manage.

I want this to feel different.

1

Practice Discovery

You tell me about your practice, patients, specialties, philosophy and what you're trying to build.

2

Messaging & Structure

I organize the site around what prospective patients actually need to understand.

3

Design & Build

I build the website, optimize the mobile experience and connect the necessary pieces.

4

Review & Refine

You review the site and we make up to two rounds of agreed-upon revisions.

5

Go Live

Your finished website is launched and ready for patients, referrals and future marketing.

Put the investment in perspective

Your website works every day your practice is open—and every hour it isn't.

A receptionist can explain your practice once someone calls. Your website has to give them enough confidence to make that call in the first place.

Think about the lifetime of the website.

If your new website helps just a handful of additional patients each year feel comfortable enough to contact your practice, the economics can look very different from simply asking:

"How much does a website cost?"

A better question is:

"What is a strong first impression worth to my practice for the next several years?"

Your website is part of your front desk.

It answers questions.

It introduces you.

It explains your philosophy.

It validates referrals.

It gives patients a next step.

And it does all of that before you ever speak to them.

This is probably for you if...

Your practice has moved forward but your website hasn't.

  • Your current site feels dated or generic.
  • You hesitate before sending people to your website.
  • Your specialty isn't easy to understand online.
  • Your practice has evolved since the website was built.
  • You're becoming more cash-based or specialized.
  • You rely heavily on referrals but want a stronger online presence.
  • You know your website should be helping the practice more than it currently is.
It may not be for you if...

You simply want the cheapest possible website.

  • You only need a one-page placeholder.
  • You want to choose a $99 template and fill it in yourself.
  • You need a large custom software platform.
  • You want unlimited redesigns or revisions.
  • You aren't ready to clarify what makes your practice different.

There are cheaper ways to put a website online.

This is for the practice owner who wants their website to accurately represent the quality of the business they've built.

Questions

Before you decide...

Do I need to write all of the website copy?

No. I'll need information from you about your practice, services and approach, but I will help organize and refine the message so you're not staring at a blank document trying to figure out what every page should say.

What if I already have a website?

That's completely fine. We can use what's useful from your current site while rebuilding the structure, message and design around where your practice is today.

Will it work on phones?

Yes. The website will be built with mobile visitors in mind.

Can you connect my scheduling system?

In most cases, yes. Existing online scheduling platforms, forms, maps and other standard practice links can typically be integrated into the site.

Does hosting come with the website?

Website development and hosting are separate. If you need hosting, an ongoing hosting and maintenance option can be provided.

What if I need more than six pages?

No problem. Additional service pages, location pages, landing pages or more complex functionality can be quoted based on the scope of the project.

How many revisions are included?

Two organized rounds of revisions are included in the project. Additional revisions or new work outside the original scope can be quoted separately.

Will you guarantee that the website brings me new patients?

No reputable web developer can guarantee patient volume. What I can do is build a clearer, stronger and more professional website designed to make it easier for the right prospective patients to understand your practice and take the next step.

Your practice is already doing the hard part.

You're helping people get their lives back.

Your website should make it easier for the people who need that help to find you, understand you and feel confident reaching out.

Let's build one that does.
