STAR Partnership Terms

The STAR Partnership is a shared-risk collaboration to build and launch a digital program.

By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• This partnership does not guarantee revenue or results.

• You are responsible for funding paid advertising and related expenses.

• Profits, if generated, are split 50/50 according to the partnership structure.

• This is not coaching, consulting, or employment.

• Timely communication and reasonable collaboration are required for progress.

• Once work has begun, the partnership investment is non-refundable.

This agreement exists to create clarity and alignment — not rigidity.

If questions arise, they will be handled in good faith and direct communication.
