• Tech setup and delivery infrastructure
• Marketing system setup to launch and test the offer
• Shared-profit structure: 50/50 split

What you’re responsible for

• Funding paid advertising spend directly (ad costs are separate)
• Timely approvals and collaboration so the build doesn’t stall
• Making decisions when choices are required (messaging, offer framing, creative direction)

$987 per month x 6 months
-or- 4997 one-time payment (save)

Advertising Spend

Ad spend is funded by you and paid directly to the ad platform. Results are not guaranteed.

Profit Split

Net profits are split 50/50 according to the partnership terms.

A clear fit check

Only proceed if all of the following are true:

• You’re comfortable with shared risk (this is not a guaranteed outcome)
• You have bandwidth to collaborate and make decisions
• You’re prepared to fund advertising to test and validate the offer
• You’re ready to move forward without a sales call

If any of those are a “no,” do not purchase.
