Star Partnership
The Final STAR Partnership
You now understand how the STAR model works — and why it’s changing.
This page outlines the final opportunity to build a digital program with me under the original shared-risk, shared-upside structure.
This partnership model closes permanently on December 31.
What This Partnership Is
STAR is a build-with-you digital program partnership for physical therapy clinic owners.
It exists in the space between doing this alone and outsourcing it entirely.
This is not coaching.
This is not licensing.
And it is not a fixed-fee service.
Here’s the structure:
You bring:
- a program idea (or we shape one together)
- your clinical expertise and audience context
I handle:
- building the actual online program
- the tech, delivery, and infrastructure
- the marketing and funnel system
You fund the advertising.
We split profits 50/50.
If it sells, we both win.
If it doesn’t, we both feel it.
That shared risk is the point.
Why This Version Is Ending
As I shared previously, the STAR partnership works because it’s deep, hands-on, and aligned.
It’s also not scalable indefinitely.
This is the only context where I inject my system-level clinical expertise directly into someone else’s program — and that level of involvement requires selectivity.
As I move forward, this work will continue in other forms
(licensing, production, advisory)
but not under shared-profit terms.
This is the final time I’ll build a program in a true 50/50 partnership.
Who This Is For
STAR tends to be a fit if you:
- own a clinic with real clinical results
- have ideas you know could help people beyond your walls
- want a digital asset without learning funnels, tech, or ads
- prefer partnership over trial-and-error experimentation
STAR is not a fit if you:
- are looking for passive income
- want guarantees
- or want “another project” to manage without engagement
This only works when both sides are aligned.
What You Walk Away With
By the end of the partnership, you have:
- a fully built online program
- a functioning marketing system
- and a digital asset not tied to in-clinic hours
You don’t “learn” how to do this.
You co-create it with someone who has already built and taught systems clinicians trust.
One Spot. One Decision.
There is one STAR partnership spot remaining.
Once it’s filled — or once December 31 passes — this version of STAR closes permanently.
If you’ve considered building a digital program before, but didn’t want to carry the technical or marketing burden alone, this is the clean decision point.
