INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Drink within the first 5-10 minutes of waking for the next 60 days
  2. Sip slowly, ideally before coffee or breakfast.

While this drink is safe and beneficial for most women, it’s not for everyone. Please avoid or consult your doctor before using this drink if you:

1. Have active ulcers, gastritis, or severe acid reflux (GERD)

The acidity in apple cider vinegar and lemon juice can irritate the stomach lining and worsen symptoms.

Alternative: Start with just warm water and sea salt or aloe juice for gut support.

2. Have sensitive teeth or enamel erosion

Acidic drinks can wear away enamel over time. Always rinse your mouth with water after drinking, or sip through a straw to minimize contact with teeth.

3. Have low potassium levels or take potassium-depleting medications

Apple cider vinegar may further lower potassium levels. Consult your healthcare provider if you're taking:

  • Diuretics (water pills)

  • Blood pressure medications

  • Certain heart medications

4. Are taking medications that interact with acidity or digestion

ACV can interfere with:

  • Insulin or diabetes medications (may lower blood sugar too much)

  • Digoxin

  • Laxatives or other GI medications

5. Are pregnant or breastfeeding

There’s limited evidence on the safety of raw apple cider vinegar during pregnancy. It’s best to check with your OB/GYN before using it regularly.


How to Test for Tolerance

If you’re not sure how your body will respond:

  • Start with just warm water and lemon

  • Add ½ tsp of apple cider vinegar and increase slowly

  • Monitor for any reflux, nausea, or sensitivity
