CALATA
Give people a reason to become part of your practice before they need physical therapy— and a reason to remain connected after treatment ends.
Movement. Mobility. Metabolic wellness. Nervous-system regulation. Education. Connection.
We don't just give you the idea. We help you install it.
A Relationship That Doesn't Begin—or End—With Physical Therapy.
Before PT
People join CALATA to move, learn, stay active and become part of your community.
PT When Needed
When an appropriate clinical need arises, they already know and trust your practice.
After PT
When treatment ends, patients can remain connected through the CALATA community.
We Install It With You.
The first 90 days are about taking CALATA from an idea and making it operational inside your particular clinic.
Design Your Installation
We sit down together and look at:
- Your available space
- Your clinic schedule
- Your staff
- Potential gathering times
- Your existing patient and former-patient community
- Your desired launch date
Then we establish the milestones, responsibilities and dates necessary to get CALATA operating.
Choose & Certify Your Facilitator
Your facilitator could be an appropriate tech, aide, administrative team member, receptionist, biller—or you.
We'll train them in:
- CALATA movement and mobility
- Wellness movement principles
- Metabolic wellness
- Nervous-system regulation and calming principles
- Group facilitation and connection
- Recognizing when something should be referred to a licensed clinician
Install Your Weekly Schedule
CALATA national sessions are built around Tuesdays and Saturdays, with morning and evening options.
Your clinic can participate live—or use a replay if another time works better for your community.
Your facilitator runs the room. We provide the programming.
Install Enrollment & Member Systems
We establish the pathway from someone hearing about CALATA to becoming an active member:
Promotion → Enrollment → Payment → Onboarding → Communication → Participation
Build Your Founding Member Launch
We'll begin with the audience you already have:
- Current patients
- Former patients
- Your email list
- Social audience
- Referral relationships
- Your local community
Paid advertising is optional for the five Founding Practices.
Strategic Working Sessions
We'll schedule short 20–30 minute working sessions together throughout the installation.
These aren't generic coaching calls.
We look at what's happening, make decisions, remove obstacles and determine what needs to happen next.
By the End of the Installation Period...
The objective is to have the essential pieces operating.
Facilitator trained • Schedule established • Space ready • Membership system installed • Promotions running • Community forming
What Could CALATA Be Worth to Your Practice?
CALATA pricing can be adjusted for each market. For planning purposes, we're using three membership levels.
Using $129/month:
| Active Members | Membership Revenue | 10% Bridge to PT | Illustrated PT Revenue | Total Annual Revenue | Historical 20% Bridge Scenario |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 20 | $30,960 | 2 PT Patients | $1,720 | $32,680 | $34,400 |
| 50 | $77,400 | 5 PT Patients | $4,300 | $81,700 | $86,000 |
| 100 | $154,800 | 10 PT Patients | $8,600 | $163,400 | $172,000 |
Membership revenue assumes continuously active members paying $129/month for 12 months. The 10% bridge illustration assumes 10% of the member population begins an appropriate episode of physical therapy during the year. For illustration, each PT episode is valued at approximately $860, based on eight visits at approximately $107.59 in revenue per visit. In similar clinic programs I've worked with previously, we've seen bridge rates as high as approximately 20%. That historical experience is shown only as an additional scenario—not as an expected result or guarantee.
Some Members May Eventually Need Physical Therapy.
CALATA isn't designed to turn every wellness member into a patient. The membership should make economic sense on its own.
But something different happens when a person has already been coming into your practice every week.
They know your staff. They know the environment. They understand what you do. And your practice has already earned something that's difficult and expensive to create:
Trust.
Planning Illustration
If 50 members are active and 10% appropriately transition into PT during the year, that's approximately:
5 additional PT episodes
Using the $860 illustration:
$4,300 Additional PT Revenue
Historical High We've Seen
In programs I've previously worked with inside clinics, we've seen as many as approximately 20% of members eventually bridge into clinic services.
At 50 members, that would represent:
10 PT episodes
$8,600 Illustrated PT Revenue
Historical experience does not guarantee future results. Clinical services should only be recommended when appropriate and determined by an appropriately licensed clinician.
The Founding Partnership Is $14,500.
Here's what the numbers look like using the $129 planning rate.
These figures represent gross revenue illustrations, not profit or guaranteed return on investment. They do not deduct facilitator compensation, advertising, payment-processing fees, taxes, licensing fees or other clinic expenses.
Then We Focus on What the Numbers Tell Us.
Once CALATA is operating, the work changes from installation to improvement.
Improve Member Growth
We continue testing and improving the promotions that are actually producing members.
Develop Your Facilitator
We continue helping your facilitator improve the member experience, build connection, welcome new members and appropriately recognize situations that should be referred to a licensed clinician.
Strengthen the Wellness → PT Bridge
We create a simple pathway for members who develop an appropriate clinical need to access your physical therapy team.
Build Word of Mouth
We create natural ways for members to invite spouses, friends, coworkers and other people they care about into the community.
Expand When the Numbers Support It
Additional members. Additional gathering times. Additional facilitators. Additional promotions.
First we make it work. Then we expand it.
I'm Still Looking at the Rest of Your Practice.
CALATA is only one part of our 12 months together.
For approximately 15 years, I worked alongside more than 200 physical therapy practices.
One of the things I became particularly good at was seeing opportunities that were difficult for an owner to see while working inside the business every day.
There may be a service that should be packaged differently. A cash-pay opportunity you're overlooking. A patient conversation that's breaking down. A source of new patients you haven't developed. A staffing or delegation issue pulling you unnecessarily back into the business.
I don't know what those opportunities are yet.
That's part of what we'll discover together.
12 Months Working Together
Paid in Full
Complete 12-month partnership.
For 6 Months
$16,170 total. Complete 12-month partnership.
The payment option does not change the length of our work together. The six-payment option simply spreads the installation investment across the first six months.
Keep CALATA. Without Keeping the Consulting Fee.
Founding Practices that choose to continue CALATA move to a simple ongoing license.
$495/month
Includes your first 25 active members.
Then $15/month for each active member above 25.
Your ongoing license includes continued use of CALATA programming and brand, nationally delivered sessions and replays, facilitator resources, continuing program updates and the systems associated with the licensed program.
As one of the original five Founding Practices, this Founding Practice licensing structure remains available while your license remains continuously active.
5 Practices.
3 Already Spoken For.
2 Remaining.
I'm starting small because I want to personally participate in these first installations.
I want to see what happens in different markets, watch the numbers, learn what members respond to, see what facilitators need and improve CALATA alongside the first practices using it.
If you're curious, the next step isn't to purchase anything.
Let's talk about your practice, your market and whether this makes sense for both of us.

Actual membership, retention, revenue, profitability, patient conversion and other results will vary by clinic, market, pricing, staffing, advertising, participation, expenses and execution. The physical therapy bridge examples assume that clinical services are appropriate and determined by an appropriately licensed clinician.
