You're in. Let's build your website.
Your project is officially underway.
The next step is simple: tell me more about your practice so I can begin shaping the website around your patients, your services and what makes your practice different.
Complete your website onboarding form.
This is where I'll collect the information I need to understand your practice and begin building the structure, messaging and content for your website.
You do not need to have everything perfectly figured out before you begin. Give me what you know, and we'll work from there.

Here's how the project will move forward.
You complete onboarding.
You'll tell me about your practice, services, ideal patients, specialties, current website, branding and anything else I need to know.
I organize the website strategy.
I'll begin clarifying what the site needs to say, how the pages should be structured and how prospective patients should move through it.
I build the first version.
I'll turn the strategy into a working website rather than handing you wireframes, templates or a long list of things you need to build yourself.
You review and refine.
You'll review the site and we'll make the included revision rounds so it feels right for your practice.
We launch.
Once everything is approved, I'll take the website through final setup and launch.
You don't need to prepare a giant folder of website content.
If you already have photos, a logo, testimonials, service descriptions or content from your current website, great. We'll use what's useful.
If you don't, that's okay too.
Helpful to have
Your logo, practice photos, headshots, current website link, scheduling link, contact information and any patient testimonials you already use.
You don't need
Finished website copy, perfect branding, SEO keywords, page layouts or a complete marketing strategy before we begin.
One thing I want you to know before we begin.
You don't have to know how to explain your practice like a marketer.
That's part of what I'm here to help with. You know your patients and the work you do. I'll help turn that into a website prospective patients can understand.
