We guarantee the basic security and code stabilization work performed under this service for 3 years.

If an issue directly related to the stabilization work we completed causes the website to stop functioning properly during that period, we will review and correct that issue at no additional charge.

Guarantee conditions

This guarantee remains valid as long as the website stays within the same controlled setup and is not modified outside of our work.

• No new plugins, scripts, software, or third-party code may be added without our review.
• No outside developer or vendor may modify the website files, server settings, database, or codebase.
• The website must remain hosted in the approved hosting environment.
• The guarantee does not cover attacks, outages, hosting provider issues, domain/DNS issues, content changes, redesign requests, new features, or problems caused by third-party services.
• Any unauthorized changes to the site may void this guarantee.

This guarantee is intended to cover the stabilization work we perform—not to guarantee that the website can never be attacked, targeted, or affected by third-party systems.
